Consultation
On-site visit to understand your home, lifestyle, and the natural flow of your property. We listen first, propose later. No high-pressure sales - ever.
3D Design
Our design studio crafts a fully rendered 3D walkthrough of your future pool. Tile, finish, lighting, and water features are all visualized before signing anything.
Engineering & Permitting
We engineer above the basic Florida pool-builder spec - extra rebar, deeper bond beams, oversized plumbing. We handle every county permit and HOA submission.
Excavation & Steel
Our trade partners - among the best in Florida - break ground. Pre-pour inspections happen with our project lead on-site, every time.
Plumbing, Gunite & Tile
Oversized plumbing pressure-tested before pour. Gunite by hand, not shot-and-leave. Premium tile installed by Florida's top tile masons.
Pebble Tec Finish
Final Pebble Tec application - exclusively. As an Elite Builder we install no other finish. Every surface inspected line-by-line before fill.
Equipment & Automation
Jandy variable-speed pumps, heaters, salt-water systems, and iAquaLink automation installed and commissioned.
Walkthrough & First Swim
Full water-chemistry training, Builder Trend handover, in-house warranty paperwork - and the keys to your private oasis.
