Brett Foster
As Director of Operations of Lifestyle Pool and Spa, Brett brings over three decades of experience in the pool and spa industry, dedicating himself to transforming outdoor spaces into luxurious retreats. His passion for creating exceptional pool designs and providing top-notch customer service has built a reputable business that prioritizes quality and innovation. Brett's journey began as a child, working alongside his stepfather on weekends, where he learned the art of building and repairing custom pools right here in Florida. In his early twenties, he stepped away from the family business to work for a large corporate-owned pool company, but soon realized he missed the level of customer satisfaction an owner-operated business offers. Under his leadership, Lifestyle Pool and Spa is driven by a relentless commitment to excellence. He specializes in custom concrete pools and always strives to exceed client expectations. Outside of work, Brett enjoys time with his family - the inspiration behind his creativity and his connection to the community.

John Lalley
John is a Florida native with over 30 years of experience designing and building pools. Over the course of his career, he has successfully completed well over 3,000 pools, helping families transform their backyards into beautiful, functional outdoor living spaces. A graduate of Stetson University with a degree in Business and Marketing, John brings both technical expertise and a strong customer-focused approach to his work. In the last decade, he has dedicated himself to serving homeowners across Tampa Bay and North Central Florida, becoming a trusted name in the pool industry. Known for his straightforward, no-nonsense design style, John has built his reputation on honesty, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Whether creating a modern family pool or a luxury spa retreat, he works closely with clients every step of the way to ensure their vision comes to life with the highest level of quality.

- Licensed Contractor
Alex Foster
Alex oversees the permitting process, coordinating with municipalities and inspectors to keep projects moving without delays. From applications to approvals, he ensures every project meets requirements before construction begins. He holds an engineering undergraduate degree from Florida International University (FIU) and serves as the company's licensed contractor and business qualifier - keeping projects compliant, organized, and ready to build.

Todd Borsodi
With roots in the pool industry dating back to 1989, Todd has extensive experience building and renovating both residential and commercial swimming pools. Over the years, he has worked with a wide variety of pool construction methods - Gunite, fiberglass, steel-wall, and vinyl liner pools - and his projects have taken him across 13 states. After years with a large corporate pool company, he chose to join a smaller organization so he could provide a more personalized experience, greater attention to detail, and hands-on service for every client and project.

Jacqueline Harper
Jacqueline is passionate about quality, communication, and bringing families together through custom pool and outdoor living design. From the first meeting to final dig day, she is here to make the process exciting, smooth, and built to the highest standards.

Dana Miller
After nine years in the pool industry, Dana found that working for large corporate pool companies wasn't the right fit. When he joined Lifestyle Pool and Spa, he saw a company that genuinely cared for the product it built and was willing to stand behind it. For Dana, building pools is not just a job but a way of life - and seeing the satisfaction on customers' faces when a job is finished is the best reward any pool professional can have.

As the Administrator for Lifestyle Pool and Spa, Penny brings years of customer communication experience and a passion for helping people. Building strong relationships and providing exceptional service have always been at the heart of what she does.
